  A well laid out park with seating and good shade. Ideal for walks and exercise. Nice refreshing and cool place in the heart of the city. Usually crowded during weekends.

  It's a good place to take your children... Very calm and quite environment... Even students come to study their... Also their are decent couples who clme to enjoy the decent shade of the massive trees over there... It can be said that it is one of the greenest part of the grey Colombo... Tourists should visit this place... 👍

  It is definitely the best outdoor area in the whole Colombo city. With a wide diversity of natural environment, it is a great, safe place to have picnics, relax, and enjoy the environment. It is normally not used for working out, except for jogging. It usually gets very crowded on Saturday evenings, but still it manages to accommodate huge crowds, so normally Saturdays don't make lots of trouble.

  Very nice place for a walk and having a chat. Visited more than 3 times i guess. In the morning on sunny days its too hot, evening is the best time to go. You can ride bicycle on the bicycle path around the park. At night its filled with calm lights and looks wonderful.

  Good place to stay and relax. Kids can enjoy in Playing area created for them. Jogging track is good. Open area theatre is good for events. Cafeteria is located in the middle of park. Easy access. Parking spaces can be vacant in holidays. Very relaxing environment in the middle of Colombo city
