  Recommended by trip advisor and close to our resort, we decided to try this restaurant for dinner. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and the restaurant nicely decorated. Being situated right next to the busy street, they still managed to create a relaxing atmosphere. The food was great quality and especially the vegetarian rice and curry really interesting with jackfruit among others. They made the fruit juices with mineral water on our request, which was also very good. Prices average for this region. Overall comparing quality, price and portion size very much recommended!

  The food here is exellent. They have take-away lunch packets for 150/= and buffet for 250/= VERY affordable and super tasty! Compliments to the chef. I recommend the buffet as you not only pay for delicious hot food, but the view from there is just beautiful. The owner Nandana and his wife Chandrika are charming too. Walk down from the road here about 1km and you fall on to Tangalle Bay which is a beautiful spot of beach that is almost like a pool and not much waves. Further down you fall goyambokka which is another really nice spot. Ask Nandana for directions.
