  First of all no stars you deserve! SCAM ALERT!!! 1) This is the one that's located at Louis Peris Mawatha (Wash Master). 2) According to my experience, the clothes never touched a bit of water or any kind of washing powder or cleaning chemicals. 3) Given clothes come out dirty as they went in & with additional perfume! 4) Gave my white jeans to wash. Upon receiving i noticed that they had all the dirt and dust stains which was there when i gave it to wash. 5) When i questioned the laundry manager about it they rewashed them free of charge and this time they did the job which they should have done at the first place ( rewashing for free make them guilty of not doing a proper job). 6) Without learning my lesson i go back to give another set which included my clothes and some white towels. 7) As usual, the white towels were given back with perfume and WITH ALL THE STAINS. 8) Additionally one of my favorite jeans was missing!!! 9) I again go back to question them & their so-called manager showed me how a discussion with an idiot looks like. 10) Tells me they are unable to remove any stains ( including a pen mark & to my surprise i never knew the pen marks are permanent ! WOW!!!) What a comedy! 11) They charge you for the weight. Hence you only get a receipt with a total weight and not mentioning the items you give. 12) They asked me to bring the clothes back to check the weight against the original receipt to make sure that i wasn't lying about missing jeans. I took them back and the weight did not tally ( obviously). 13) The manager presents the stupidest excuse I've ever heard – he says "oh the weight does not tally because the clothes shrink after a wash". Never knew a whole 500/600g could just vanish like that. 14) After arguing my point with the manager i realized their motivation is to just earn money by fooling people and i walk out for good!!! There was no Apology or a Refund from their end... As a customer of wash master my review for other customers: 1. Never get fooled by their cheap rate coz they do a CHEAP job as well. My comments to the owner of Wash Master: 2. Your staff got no idea what a Laundry is supposed to do. 3. The manager at Louis Peris Mawatha outlet says that wash master is the only laundry that uses a washing machine to wash clothes and every other laundry uses the old method of washing by hands! 4. You should be really proud!! Your billboard says “ we groom your lifestyle" For me, it's more like “ You ruin our lifestyle"

  Hats off for the service, price, customer care and etc. I recommend wash master for your day to day laundry. Wish wash master all the very best, and keep up the good work..

  Excellent service, been washing here over 4 years now. Cheap prices and one day service they call when its finish. Keep up the good work

  Absolute disgrace. If you are not from here whatever you do, do not use this laundry service. The owner is a liar and a cheater. Claimed we wanted our laundry ironed, why would you iron underwear & swimsuits???? Our laundry doesn't even look ironed. Tried to raise the price again, just because we were American once we tried to pick up our clothes. You should be ashamed of yourself. Fake Buddhist culture. Karma will come back to you my friend. Absolutely disgusted by someone that is running there business as a liar and a cheater.

  Worst laundromat to go to in Sri Lanka. Went in for laundry at the 120 rp/kg (which is apparently only a local rate) and was charged 200 rp/kg. Told him wash and dry and wound up charging me another 60 rp for each of my 30 items to rack up the bill further. Why would you ever think that a swim suit needed ironing? Showed up to pick it up and they tried to raise the price again which is when I showed him the local reviews on google for his establishment and made it apparent that he was ripping me off since I was American. $13 usd later and I have clean laundry, more expensive then NYC. Just another bad Kandy, Sri Lanka experience.
