  Our family group of 4 (adults) just finished a fantastic cooking class at Waterland! The chef was outstanding and all staff so friendly. After 2 hours of cooking Sri Lankan rice and curries and learning various techniques, we enjoyed the meal over a bottle of wine with views of the river and surrounding green, coconut tree land. We asked to see the rooms and they truly are superb, with private plunge pools and views over the river. I definitely recommend this lovely service in both the cooking class and the accommodation, and want to say a simcere thank you to the wonderful staff.

  I had booked the room with the private pool.This place is really cheap for the spacious rooms and service it offers.If you like sea food the waiter can get you food from the nearby sea food restraunt.Trust me I have not had better crab in my life. The rooms are river facing, I went to this place after I saw a video on YouTube. The room with the private pool is $ 100.Would recommend it to everyone..

  Really good location with great service. Fab pools to cool off, and just far enough away from the formula hotel strip.
