  Beautiful, peaceful resort with a super clean beach. Amazingly large rooms. Every room is sea-facing with an incredible view! The beach itself is lovely to spend time on, watching surfers play the waves. You can also get surfing lessons yourself. Good food, efficient staff and a clean place, I recommend this property highly for a short vacation.

  Amazing Hotel, Super Service. Just the kinda place that can revitalize & rejuvenate your system. The views of the bay are mesmerizing. Highly recommended.

  Marriott Weligama Bay is one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka & an amazing set up with great hospitality. All staff members are very nice & kind, going extra mile to look after the guests to make their stay more comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, who travels to south of Sri Lanka, where the hotel location is very central to most of the leisure activities. Many thanks to staff/management for making my stay very comfortable & memorable. I will return soon.

  The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible, and that’s coming from a non-guest so I can’t even imagine what it’s like staying here. I came in to see if anyone had turned in a lost camera from the beach in front of their hotel and not only did they check with lost property, but they sent some people down to the beach to help look and ask the locals if they’d seen it. How kind and amazing is that?! Thank you guys for the help!

  A great hotel for the foreigners. Everything is just very nice. The breakfasts are delicious, and I have found the compliments in my room almost every evening. The greatest thing is that you are allowed to smoke on the balcony. The view from the room is also awesome. You can always call 'At your service' and they'll bring everything you need. Highly recommended! I had a great time here and wish to return one day.
