  Owners are super nice and helpful it's very good distance to trains, breakfast was very good. But the room doesn't look as good as in photos as in photos because its cleaner in photos, also I think photos were taken long time ago.

  This house or "villa" is beautiful and located just 50m off the main road. We reached both Little Adams Peak and Uva Halpewatte Tea Factory by foot in about 1 hr. The room we had was big enough and clean, hot water, warm blankets, nicely designed and also with a terrace. However the doors to the terrace are not really soundproof, so prepare for some noise from outside. There is apparently a family living here, not sure if owners as well, they don't speak much. Breakfast average, nothing special. Flat TV in the room but no channels available - we asked a guy to fix, he said he would but he did not show up anymore. But our basic requirements were met - clean, not far from the centre and not too expensive, so why not. Warning: this property has no mountain view (if you're extra looking for that).

  Outstanding place! We stayed only one night but would have loved to stay longer. Beautiful interior, spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast with three variations to select from, friendly owners and only a 2 minutes walk away from the Main Street! It's also a relatively quiet place apart from a loudspeaker-amplified prayer nearby at around 6am. But that's not the fault of the hotel and it's by far better than a traditional alarm clock ;-).
