::Worse Bike service in Sri Lanka at the moment. One of the most bad experience I've ever had in my life with Yamaha service. This is the pictures what I took after the service. Then again I complained and I gave the bike to Service center and they did the service in the evening still the same condition as before. Is this the way yourll do the bike service? Please check the bike before handover it to the customer and try to improve the service.

::M experiencing the bad customer service nw still waiting . I came here for a free service service is done but m waiting about 2 hours to get wash f my bike the all went for the lunch or else on 11.45 but still they chating no service persons nw n the show room they all in the canteen nw . So please consider the customers valuable time . we expect lot from u please do the good service to ur customer.

::Bad customer service. They dont have a systematic way of taking appointments. They dont update the customer on whats happening. Although the service seems fine. Overall experience is horrible. As the dealer authorised dealer for yamaha AMW should have a quality service

::Good service, professional Note the opening time may say 7am but they open the gate only at 730 for customers to hand in the bikes pickup is after 8am as the cashier only arrives then ✌🏽
