::I wanted to get down the motor for honeywell air cooler which i bought from abans (online) 1.5 years back.so i tried to contact the customer care officer number f time.for that i had to wait for 5 to 10 mins on the line waiting.even after contacting, every time they gave me the number of their spare parts shop.sad to say i phoned that number so many times, none took the phone. I gave up calling them after trying for few weeks so many times and i even gave up with my air cooler. After number f months today i thought to call the main abans service center back but they kept on disconnecting the call after answering it and i kept trying. Later a lady answerd and said today we r closed call back on Monday, but the time was around 3.50pm.. Very poor customer service when compared to other centers.

::Very Bad and poor service. I had call 6-7 times to get in connected with someone at service center. My computer has given to repair under global warranty . I have used it only 7 months after purchasing from Abans. It has taken for repair and service center informed that ti will take minimum of two weeks to get the things done. This is my office laptop and how am I suppose to work without it for two weeks. you people has not even given a replacement. Bad past is when I explained my situation to the call center person he was laughing at me . Is that how you treat your customer? really bad and I wont recommend anyone to buy products from Abans for any reason. This is not a company to trust when it is come to after sales service.

::Think twice before you purchase from abanse or service from abanse.bad customer service and they can't repair most items properly. Don't give your valuable money for such blasters

::The spare that am looking for is not available, this was the case for the last three inquiries by me, and I was requested to call back in a week as usual. Finally I decided to hand made the part using a plastic cargo wrap tape found in a garbage dump next to Maharagama Abans showroom, pictured is the result of successful mission. You can't mange without washing for weeks and months till they get down parts, this is a classic example where most of the authorized agents loose customers without having parts and assistance when most needed by customers. Having a similar issue....? Try this ..it works.. Need a bit of skill to use soldering iron or you can get someone's assistance... A local technician may be...🤓

::Fast and efficient service. I could see a remarkable improvement since the last time I visited a few years ago. Hats off to the manager who made sure my needs were well attended, and the item I took for repair was handed back in less than 2 hrs.
