  I returned from Sri Lanka 3 weeks ago having booked with Acme Tours.We were quite a large group of friends who travel each year .All my emails were answered promptly, They had a secure payment site in place and the hotels chosen were excellent. Most impressive of all though was the outstanding service and helpfulness given throughout the 25 days.Sam was a brilliant guide ,very well informed and went out of this way to help when one of the travellers had a glitch at a bank, another lost her passport but later found it and I lost my backpack containing all my money and passport.The support and help he gave was wonderful..Our driver and assistant Bandu and Newton were friendly and helpful .They were good at spotting animals too.The manager Gamunu rang me at least 5 times to make sure they we were happy.Everything Acme said they would do was carried out perfectly. I felt they wanted us to really enjoy Sri Lanka and because of them we did! Great trip thanks Acme.

  I work together with Acme already for 15 years and have never ever a client who is not happy!!! They are listening to what the interests are from the traveller and try to make everybody happy!
