  Do yourself a favour and don’t deal with this company. We purchased 4 solar a/c units from them almost two years ago ... and not only have they never .... repeat never.... worked properly we can’t get anyone (including their directors) to fix the issue or find a solution. All we get a promises - when we can get through. I think it is very telling that their middle and senior managers 1. Turn over frequently (ie leave the company) 2. Those that are left change their phone numbers so they can’t be contacted 3. The receptionist who answers their main line will NEVER connect you to anyone. No call is ever returned. This purchase was an expensive investment. Solar air conditioners are double the price of a standard unit. We purchased them for two reasons Environment Eventual cost savings I doubt we will ever recoup our investment - we rarely use the units as they are always out of order and it is extremely exhausting to try and contact the company for help. This lack of service ethic must be endemic. Therefore I ask you to think twice before using Adelco for any purchase.
