::The facilities are good. However the main reason for the 3 stars was that there were mosquitos in our room and surprisingly no mosquito net which i would consider a must for any hotel in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately this resulted a few bites overnight and would be the reason why I wouldn't stay again.
