  Called and asked for a model of locker and was told can get from Nawala, went to the Nawala store, and they had stocks, but said already sold cant hand in. Wanted us to pay and go so they will deliver within a week. Paid in full, been 3 weeks, nothing was delivered.

  Very poor service, I ordered 3 lobby chairs, to be delivered to Nugegoda from their Nawala showroom on the 11th January with full payment, and it hasn't been delivered to me as of today 22nd January. When I called them all they got were lame excuses such as there was no space in the lorry, or the driver was not available. They simply don't care once they get your money.

  so much very bad customer care.I paid whole amount on 31 st Dec.2016 for a Florance sofa..but until now it isn't delivered to my home

  very poor mangemant company. bad cusomer care
