::The reason that I am writing this review is several bad service experiences with the bank. They are the worst bank I have ever visited. From a small to large scale service they do not even look at your face and smile for a while because the staff are big headed goons who work there. The name says it is Islamic but I do not see anything that resembles that except the beard of the staff. The worst bank ever.

::Friendly staff. They have a ladies wing which is pretty cool. There is only 1 ATM machine outside, which could be increased. Decent parking lot.

::A bank which is far behind the leading banks. Very bad banking culture. Front office staff are not well knowledge of banking just school leavers. When you go to deposit cash it takes half an hour sometimes. The cashiers are very slow, the staff is less efficient. As a person doing business with them i can say very inefficient, unorganised bank and poor customer service from them. They focus on a niche market mainly muslims therefore i think they do not try to improve those issues.
