  Good palce and good customer service. More expensive than the other places. Well organized service center. That was make me more confirmable. If you have more time to spend and if you want save 20% of cost don't take your vehicle to this palce.

  Good for car service and maintenance. But I doubt that’s a world class experience. See certificates of customer support excellence but many of the staff does not show that in reality. Two customer lounges but not enough to accommodate all customers who come her. Free WiFi,coffee and water available. I would like to say a few employees like Mr Indika/Lahiru are running it with customer excellence. The cashier is the best he treats customers the best way. He has the best customer support with a friendly attitude.

  May be good place for Suzuki services, but bad place for repairs, specially not recommended for other car categories. I had very bad experience for Toyota vehicle repair in this place.

  Pros: they take good care of the vehicle. The service station staff and the security staff are friendly. They have a nice milk and Nescafé dispenser with some biscuits. Cons: not enough seats in lounge. Air conditioning was not turned on despite hot sun. The clerical staff are rude and ignorant. Board says “Free WIFI Zone” but it’s so slow I guess the quota is finished. Verdict: really bad experience. I believe they expect all indian vehicle buyers to be beggars.
