  Anna Coffee is coffee container store, not an actual coffee shop. The brand is timeless and local to Sri Lanka, which used to grow coffee on the hill country plantations before the British replaced all the coffee with tea. If you are looking for an actual coffee shop (to work, with Wi-Fi, all the trappings), your best bet is the Jetwing in Jaffna. They serve imported coffee blends and mixed drinks (mocha, americano, cappuchino, etc.). You could also try Rio Ice Cream shop, which doesn't have Wi-Fi but does have ample seating and black coffee/tea. Neither of these places serve local Sri Lankan coffee and so the prices are much higher.
