  Spacious railway station with facilities.. kind of too big considering the traffic but in Poson season this place will be flooded with pilgrimages

  You can get Mannar, Kankasanthure, Jaffna, Colombo Fort, Matara, Mt Lavinia Train from here. There are 3 Platforms and the place looks little bit old.

  Facilities are excellent.Staff service is very good.Well maintained.Anuradhapura railway station is the major railway station on the Northern line situated 205 km away from Colombo Fort railway station.Station was built in 1903 when the Kurunegala to Anuradhapura track was completed which section of the Northern line.

  Great train station. Clean and quiet. Announcements are both in Sinhalese and English.

  Very nice & clean place, also it offers rooms for stay onsite. Really good staff n very helpful...
