  unreasonable charges. paid $90 in customs duty for a fuel pump weighing 2kgs. cant believe how much money is getting passed underhand and how much money crooks in customs are making as aramex feeds them without receiving an approval from customers. if i had known i had to pay that much, i'd rather pay the courier fee for importing and send them back to the country i imported it from. this business is a leaglized day light robbery.

  Not bad good but the delivery time is late customer service is great and hotline is so damn awesome recommended

  CUSTOMER SERVICE = TRASH... They don't respect you at all... I prefer SL post which is so pleasant than this utter bosdikas

  Probably the worst courier service in this planet. Very bad tracking service. Unpleasant customer service. No effective response to complaints. I can assure that our normal mail service is far better than this "so called" courier service
