  I was at the counter n verified from the cashier ( Sanduni ) if the doctor was in, n my Gosh, the rude way she answered!! Will never step back to this hospital again.

  I had bad experience there, and I have never go there after that, Residential medical officer seems not much experienced one. and overall not pleasant place. not enough parking. staff ignores patients.

  Arogya Hospital Gampaha First of all the question is how did they got 2 awards been a such a disgusting service and environment. I understand all the doctors are late, dr lakkumar was late exactly 2h and during this 2 hours he have no idea what we experienced. For some reason the hospital is full there were about 200 people with no ventilation, bad smell, dirty floor & sweating like hell. All I can say is pore management, can you imagine just 1 fan for entire floor, if you go to take medicine for one sickness I am 100% sure you will return with another 101 sickness. After 2h late by dr lakkumar for the first time we consulted him, his total concentration is on his smart phone and his hands free headset, we are describing about our baby's sickness and he is just playing with his phone and thinking about something. I can't believe for a 6 month old baby he has given over 6 type is syrup, 2 type of tablets and another powder mix End of everything me & wife was sick and couldn't sleep properly thinking about this and what happens to us, we usually consult different pediatric for our kids but our dr was not there and found this mental hospital
