  I have joined this amazing working place 9 months ago as the CTO, and have fallen love with the company and its crew. Ascentic by definition is a great company and a rocket ship full of enthusiastic people reaching the impossible goals. The company environment is full of fun and very flexible; depending on the employee preferences, you can work on a place with music or a claim location. Company culture is built upon its employees where management trusts us to bring the best to the company through innovative ideas. The company itself provide a lot of opportunities for those who seek to grow in their career by allowing them to play higher roles, participate training sessions, and also to get certified them in preferred technical areas. Daily fun games such as monopoly, TT, carom, bag toss, etc. allow the crew to enjoy the life while been busy with their work. Furthermore, monthly outings, events, tech talks, BBQ nights, birthday calibrations, treats, movie nights have always given the opportunity to have a good time. I am really happy to be an Ascender and love this family.

  When I joined Ascentic, I was the fifth employee of the company. And I must say in no time, I felt at home and among friends. It’s a very comfortable and fun culture with a work environment that is flexible and put great emphasis on backing and trusting its employees to do great work. And no matter how busy we are, we are always given the opportunity to have a good time. Love this place!

  I am a developer who join with Ascentic from the beginning. Ascentic is great working place in Sri Lanka. We have lots of opportunities to learn new technologies and build our career. Even though it has been only few months, as a startup company we are lucky to work on lots of challenging projects. Now Ascentic is growing fast like a rocket ship. Happy to be an ascender.
