  Bei der Vtours hatten wir eine Reise nach Sri Lanka gebucht. Die Asian Adventures sollte als unser vorort Service Agentur fungieren. Zumindest laut Vtours! Mit nichten..... Während unseres Urlaubs hatten wir keine Betreuung vorort. Wir haben keine Informationen, ob wir einen Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen haben und wann! Eine Zumutung die man noch dazu, bezahlt hat. Die Agentur ist nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!

  Someone said we were ripped off. Yes we were ripped off too. The guide was sure to take us to places where he could earn a commission. We asked him multiple times to take us to a beach in Colombo and he dropped us near the rocky terrain and left. 2 days in Kandy was entirely spent in van and had not seen much. The information was always vague n no answers to our questions.

  Was completely ripped off by the agent. All activities in the itinerary were stipulated as being included in the land package and then when we got to Sri Lanka we were told we needed to pay extra for them by their representative. Was with a NZ cricket team of 15 year old boys so was a difficult situation. Even had issues getting the 3 pieces of clothing washed per day as per the package.
