  Horrible...! I had my vehicle exterior cut and polish and Complete interior clean and they charged me LKR 10000. Prior to the job the owner/Manager assured me that the "chemicals' he will use can get rid of all the stains both inside and out. But I still have the dark stains in the seats and inside the roof left. The interior cut and polish job was horrendous as it never took out any of the bird dropping patches and other stains. I have the same results by a LKR 500 car wash elsewhere. Then they broke my rear-window defogger, because they didn't unplug the power clip prior to cleaning. Instead of accepting the responsibility and offering compensation, he tells me "Use some superglue to attach it back to the window and use a small soldering iron". And tells me that is how they fix it at his friends garage nearby and I should take it there. And to make the matters worse, the workers stole my working gas lighter and left the broken one (I had two). I can only imagine what would have happened if I had left anything valuable.
