  The place is OK. Some staff members are slightly bossy and arrogant. The prices are not listed anywhere and for the same exact job they charge different prices. And try to rip people off (at least my personal experience) quality of work is good. Just need better management to streamline the processes and manage staff. They are somewhat damaging the good name of Kodak not on the quality side but services wise.

  I need a signature frame for 8x12. That was not avalilable. And customer service is the worst.
