  Odd experience. Not terrible but seemed as if the hotel was only 95% finished. Raw timber skirting, holes in the wall and all seemed a little unfinished. Staff were friendly and eager to help, but had little training and not quite sure what they were doing. Rooms were large and bathrooms were nice but just needed some finishing touches. Lovely pool area.

  Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. Couldn't have done more for your every need. Highly recommended this place.

  Fabulous apartments with extremely friendly staff. You won't find such comfortable apartments like Ballena Regency around this area.
