  I am waiting here to open an account for the past 3 hrs but they couldn't do it for me.almost all customers face this problem..but they say they are a super grade branch of bank of Ceylon.. I am not sure in which category??

  I handed over my online banking pass word reset request to customer service manager.He told I would receive SMS in the evening same day. Even after 3 days I didnt receive any message.Couldnt contact bank ,phone is engaged throughout the day.

  Best bank in wellawatte. Have to increase the counter. Staff can try to work fast. When you enter the bank it's says this is typical government bank.

  You will need to stay in a long queue unless if you go there at the time they open in the morning. Parking available. ATM facility available. Staff is friendly and helpful.
