  I can't understand why this office bearers act in a such a way .they think all other who come .hear are uneducated ignorant poor chaps. Solen headed staff with low attitudes. Felt sorry for sri lanka

  Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing this to you with major disappointment that your bank had caused me. My son Master.M.Z.M AABID is an account holder of Ran Kekulu (71385073) had undergone a major surgery called pyloplasty at Asiri Surgical Hospital. It costed more than 380'000. Later to remove the stent we had to pay another sum of 70'000. To settle the loan which i had taken to pay for the hospitals, i claimed an insurance at the Kotehena branch BOC in December 2014.Until today there has been no response from the bank. Each time i go to the bank they tell me the insurance work is on process. please help me with this insurance. It is a big thing to us. Faithfully Mrs.Zulfikar.
