  The manager / some staff, were not professional in job, if need some information/ service have to wait long time (As usual in government offices). not customer friendly any means, Shame to the Banking Business. They must be sent to the next bank ( NSB - Mawanalla) to learn what they have missed. I put 2 stars as there were some good staff also in bank who like to give the service to customer/ for the salary they get
