::One word. Chaos. No proper segregation of work. When I went to open an account, it took me more than an hour because the person was tasked with dealing with other customers too. Also because I didn't opt for the passbook, I was enrolled for a smart gen account which I was not aware of. Now that I need a passbook, I will have to go through conversion of my account to get one which is tiring.
