  This branch is exactly on the very busy Borella Junction. Parking is a big issue and if you come by own vehicle have to park far away and walk to bank. If come by bus, no problem and very easy location as either direction come no problem as there is a underground tunnel to cross the busy Borella Junction. Bank inside is no big space and little busy and little rush with seating area and queue to the counters. Staff is friendly and bank manager also very friendly. Staff also helpful and service is good. Only negative side of the place is there no adequate space inside and this is situated in busy Borella Junction and there are many customers coming all the time inside and full of people inside.

  Worst ever customer service.. this is a small place and seating is limited. And you have to wait double the time as normal bank due to limited people to serve customers. For loans customer service is best. But for others it will be the worst. Doesn't deserve the best boc branch award.

  Customer service is Good || Little crowd || Bus 🚌 stop is near easy to travel.
