  So many counters are there. Electronic number (token system) is available. The person who obtain token, first he has to choose the language. Electronic system calls him in the language which he has taken token before. Calling in English, Tamil and Sinhala. All three languages are clear speech and understandable accent. But, still the waiting time is around 30 minutes. Positive thing is the staff are friendly. Parking facilities are limited.
