  This bank is good to do daily transactions and investment or obtain advance. however i feel the staff should get more attention to customer care. it is not about personal attention to the customer, but it their needs. the listed phone number also very busy at business hours, even it is ringing but no one sometimes pick it up. certainly they want a telephone operator.
