  Very ignorant place run by a bunch of unprofessional persons except for the tellers . Wonder how BOC go on with people like this and become number one brand in Sri Lanka . Those who wish to bank with BOC at any cost should settle with a branch like Elakanda instead.

  Crowded most of times. No plans for busy hours. Need improvement for customer care
