::Tiny little cafe attached to the Botanic Gardens' gift shop, right next to the exit. There's barely enough room for the two tables that are in there so I think its geared more towards takeaway orders, although they do have some outdoor seating, no aircon out there though. I just wanted to sit and use the wifi to figure out my next steps. The wifi speed was good and the staff were friendly when I asked a tourist related question. Prices are high for Sri Lanka but not outrageous.
