  Today returned from sri lanka and totally disappointed with the management and the guide. As per contract he has to pay the parking and toll gate which his guide received from us by threatening. I have paid 2650 LKR and if asked for no proper answer. Also no reply for email on this issue. As reads the problem faced by us I have mailed him but no response till today. He collected excess amount by pressure and while to have settlement he has made us to wait about 20 minutes at airport at the close of check in time. He accepted the booking without knowing the overall kilometers likely to run and put us at hardship to pay for more than 500 km. He should have contacted and settled with our agent instead of harassing the pilgrims. Mostly non cooperative. Narayanan.
