  Take a walk from main road for a few kms and talk to some local. Stop at a shop. Hang out with the cinnamon farmers. Then jump a tuk tuk and ask to go to the cinnamon distillery. There you will see how the oil is made and breathe deep, its theraputic. The owner will happily arrange a tuk tuk back for you.
