  When we talk about the Bliss Information company, I have faced very rough situations. I recently went for the company for asking to build a website, they talked like real professionals, but there skills are still in foundation. And they only do front-end, no back-end, no database connection, only uses templates with bootstraps. Most of those are already taken from other developers. Most of times each designer has one template. They uses the same templates to build all websites. They only have three people of staff. So we only have three templates to select. They do not pay well for the designers, so they are very poor with the work. We don't get our website in time. Is three people of staff can called as a COMPANY?
