::My Rs 40,000/- phone broke in 2013 after 6 months of usage. Had 6 months of warranty left. Gave it to them for repairs and never saw it again. Always said it's under repairs. Waited 6 more months, no sign of getting it back. Had to file a complaint with consumer authority to get a replacement phone. Then also received a seal-broken one, worth less than the one I originally paid for.
