  Few ATM machines and cash deposit machines available. Can be crowded in busy hours. Parking available. Usually 2-3 minutes of waiting can be expect. Overall good reasonable and valuable service. Kiosk service machine available for banking services. And bill payment machine available for any kind of bill payments

  BOC introduced the “Smart Zone” concept enabling customers 24 X7 access to banking services. This Smartzone consist of CDMs and ATMs.This easy to use for self banking.Little bit queue during rush hours.

  State bank like BOC providing this kind of service is mind blowing. Specially 24hours money deposit service. Up to now only one private bank provides this service.
