  Whenever you visit a BoI facility in Sri Lanka you must have a permit to enter the facility. This is the BoI permit office at Biyagama and you need a request from visiting facility to issue a permit. Now the companies can issue request using an online system. You must have a identity card in order to get a permit. Key points: 1. You need a request from visiting facility. 2. You need a identity card such as National Identity Cards or a Passport. 3. You have to pay for the permit. You need to pay for permit and vehicle pass separately. Normally charge for a person is Rs, 50/- and for a car it is Rs. 50/- There is no restrooms. There is limited space for parking and no wheelchair accessible entrance or parking.
