  ✓Heavy traffic is there most of the times. Can catch a bus at anytime. There are roads to, 1. Pettah/Fort (towards Maradana Road) 2. Arcade/BMICH (towards Bauddhaloka Mawatha) 3. Battaramulla/Nugegoda (towards Cotta Road) 4. Peliyagoda/Kiribathgoda (towards Dematagoda) 5. Town Hall/Viharamahadevi Park (towards Ward place) ✓An underground tunnel is there for pedestrians. Several sweet shops, mobile phone shops and tailor shops are in the tunnel. ✓For the foreigners, there's nothing to visit. ✓House of Fashion, Borella Police station and Borella Cemetery are very close to the junction. ✓There are some Shopping complexes, several Banks and Filling stations also.

  Here we can observe many pigeons at one place in Sri Lanka. Pedestrians should use the subway to cross the roads. Huge traffic will be there often.

  One of the crowded area in Colombo, better to avoid going in rush hours and weekdays. It's always busy since it's a big center point which leads to suburbs of Colombo and to main areas of the city. Popular among locals. Nothing to purchase or visiting places for foreigners.

  One Iconic junction in country. Effectively 5 roads connecting. At least few minutes delay here is almost assured in week days due to heavy traffic. Color lights and police do good job though.

  Borella Junction is good for pedestrians.easy to access their path way and destination side. and the safe path. Most people use this path. shops (Eatable items & cool drink items, ornaments and toy ) are available in this path. Raining time good for pedestrians.
