  Perfect place for stay in Negambo with family and freinds. Reasonable price and all facilities are nearby to reach easily... perfect can only suggest

  Nice budget accommodation, clean and new. Peaceful location close to the beach. The hosts are very welcoming.

  Pros - Private villa, great friendly and non-intrusive manager Raja, super close to the happening seaside street in Negombo. Rooms have a small garden area and moden bathroom too. Cons - The air con took awhile to cool up, bed seemed a little unsteady and room was small (but clean).
