  Really like British Council but unfortunately today I called them regarding whether the library is open or not They told me that it's open Once I came really disappointed to say that it was closed But according to what Google has described it also says it's open Hope they answer customers question properly Hope they attend to these problems

  The variety of English Language International standards courses offered here Is a very good and valuable service to the nation .Helpful staff and highly qualified Dedicated staff offer their services .British council offer International English Language Tests Standards For the students and the general migrants. Good service, high standards

  Customer service is not friendly. They should treat customers in a more friendly manner. The security staff who handles the library is shouting at customers and could have been more polite and calm character. I went with my sister once as we had some other works to be done around Colombo. The security lady did not allow my sister inside the library because of not having a separate membership card... It is not practical because as family members getting individual cards is a waste of money. The library was not organized. The place was convenient. But was difficult to find a parking space in the road. Orion City Library is the best option and it is cozier than this place.

  It is a good place but there was a huge que and all the counters were not occupied by their staff. Only four counters were open.

  They should improve customer service counter unit effeciency. Got a token at 3.00pm and took more than 2.5 Hours for the turn...... 1 star becsuse of only that. Or they should provide online payment facility.. wasting value time. Only 4 out of 10 counters are working.....
