  Simply Horrible. Made a doctors reservation today via doc.lk. used the App due to the non acceptance of telephone reservations by Browns Hospital. All of a sudden received a call from Browns Hospital mentioning Doctor Appointment cancelled.from the outlook it looks like not sufficient reservations. When I asked for the REFUND, they wanted me to visit the Hospital to collect the funds. Crazy. They should have a mechanism to process the refund to me without asking to visit the damn hospital. Very Poor. Not the 1st time. Do not recommend to anyone. Very Poor.

  Its horrible.I've been trying to be connected with the operators from 6.00 am to 7.45 am but couldn't. Always getting the recording all the operators are busy n their advertisement comes along.so advertise people getting more sick with hospital bills I would rather say people will get more sick by just trying to channel a doctor at browns hospital. What are the operators doing.?just putting the recoding and sleeping or having their personal chats.its sickening.

  Very dissatisfied with the experience at the pharmacy. They had horrible attitude and very rude. They really do not know what kind of a service they are providing. No proper complaints mechanism was established. The act of the channeling staff was also irresponsible in some instances. I wish I could give zero stars, but not because of the adequate service provided by many of the nurses and allied health professionals. Very pleasant location and atmosphere, however unsatisfactory service.
