  Wonderfull and very helpful staff. to submit the documents for me it only took approximately 30 mins.

  The levels of service I received during the document handing over process was quite good. Even though the security in charge of the car park at street level does not allow you to park he ensures you are directed to where you need to go. The security personnel on level 1 were also courteous & helpful. Calistus the first point of contact was very helpful & polite, so were the girls processing the applications & bio metrics. They were very efficient & very polite

  There's a bit of a wait. But the service seems to be good.
