  Terrible service, check everything you give them specially big expensive curtains and so on. This is what happen to my curtain worst part they had properly hidden it so I only saw it when I took it out again to hang. No integrity! mistakes do happen, but don't hide it from a customer specially when you have a process to reimburse damages. - this is for the mattegoda branch in particular, but they all get dry cleaned in the same place.
