  This is the new location of the Cargills Food City in Mawanella. The new location is more spacious and the parking are is large. The parking is wheelchair accessible and entrance and the inside is wheelchair friendly. There is a pharmacy, meat shop and you can also buy fish here.

  The new location of course a big difference to the town and it has minimize the traffic impact on the main road. Well, it seems like the same quantity of stuff being brought up to the new location as you'll not see much new arrivals of goods has been put up. Thought there will be Pork and other products available but there weren't any. Other than that it's good.

  Best place in town for groceries. New food city building next to old one. Nice look and good service. I will give it 5 stars, But when I was there it was smelling like a fish store. ample of parking space. easy access from Colombo Kandy main road.
