  They will never ask your loyalty membership or give the discount properly at the casier counters.. we have to remind them always about the loyalty program to them...

  Worst experiences time and again. Multiple prices displayed for many commodities. You might buy an item at discounted price and they will charge you a higher price stored in the system. Even the soft drink was over charged. The place is full of trainees who pretend to be well experienced. However, when you complain, the manager will apologize and say that it was a mistake committed by a trainee. Cannot compare this with any other Food City outlet. Most of the fast moving items are not available since they don't have proper inventory. Attached picture is just one example.

  This is a much awaited modern supermarket in the area. But the arrangement of shelf is very poor. They can add few more shelves as too much of empty space. Vegetable area can be improved.
