  This is one of the worst vehicle agents that I have dealt with. The technical support is the worst in the business. I own a Peugeot 308. Everytime an alarm comes up, these guys just clear the alarm without even trying to find cause of the alarm. The spare parts and lubricant prices are unrealisticly high. I.e. we can get the same lubricants from third party dealers for almost 1/4 the price that Carmart offers. The sales division one of the most friendly most helpful divisions. But all that positivity is destroyed by the useless after sales service provided by the technical division. It is a shame that good brand such as Peugeot is being marketed by these idiots who try to rip of the customer in the after sales support. Carmart needs to changes their attitude and work ethics to fix this.

  There is a Rumour that Carmart swaps car spare parts etc. However, I have been a customer of their’s for over ten years and my experience is quite the contrary. They have been extremely professional with me. If you wish to have exquisite service, speak to the service advisor Dhammika and request the service mechanic Chamara.
