  very bad service of the staff. Not worth for money. Doctors times always changed. We were asked to wait in the queue to meet the doctor. and until we go and ask no one attended nor called. It was many numbers gone passing our one at that time. disastrous and ignorant service.

  Front desk receptionist doesn't know how to speak to their customers. She was in her personal call around 4 ,5 minutes and I waited until she kept the phone away. The person who took our channeling receipt told us to wait until he call us but he didn't come even within 1/2 hrs. Then we went near the doctor's room and asked the number which was in. It was 37 and we were 24. If we seated there until that person call us, we are still at the hospital I think. Customer service is really poor and the staff is very irresponsible.

  Provides quality service specially to patients. However parking facility for vehicles is not in satisfactory level.

  This medical institute is mostly focused on treating Diabetes patients. It also has an attached pharmacy to it. Rates are quite high though.

  Doctor katulanda is 3 hours late. Waste of time and money. Doctors are money minded. Service is awful. Avoid at all costs. There are much better places.
