  Bad customer service! Dont know how to speak to a customer and do not understand their situation at all !!! And i think they dont know anything about smart phones, their settings or fix somethin very simple, other than the basics which we all know. Make customers miserable! No customer friendly environment except if you go there to buy something. They sell us defects filled products and when we came to return those,they blame us! Had a very bad day with them!!! Do not recommend at all !!!!!!!
