  Great place to buy any kind of smartphones except Apple iPhones as they are still not Apple authorized re sellers in sri lanka. Otherwise great place.......

  People who work in cellmart from the manger to sales personnel are fraudulent. Once I bought Samsung galaxy s5 for Rs. 57000/= and after 3 months it started restarting itself. When I try to claim my warranty, they said that the phone has been rooted and they would charge a fee to rectify the issue. Even after paying the fee they were unable to prevent the issue, and I had to walk in all the time but they did nothing to repair my phone. Once a sales guy complained at me for updating official samsung software, sales guy told me that the phone should be kept as it is and software update only consume the battery. I mean updating the phone is the most wonderful part and we eager to what’s new on the latest update, so see up to which extend those sales guys knows about performance of a phone and they are only pretended to sell whatever without knowing the quality. The manager of piliyandala branch who is knows as SEWWANDA is the most cunning person that I have ever seen in my entire life. Even he is at the store, when I come to know about the status of my phone he just slips away to repairing area. All the people at cellmart cheated me and my money, companies like cellmart should be banned from Sri Lanka. They are greedy buggers and will do anything to earn money.

  Friendly service...Nice Calm place.. Can call and get details fast.. Knowledgeable staff..It's a branch with mother company elsewhere..
